We are making an exciting move
HOUSTON,
TX – November 28, 2011 – Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, has announced that southeast Montgomery County-based Mission Home Finding has merged with Prudential Gary Greene’s Northeast Corridor operations.
The founding partners of Mission Home Finding, Cliff Collins and Lisa Dempsey, will join Prudential Gary Greene’s leadership team. Dempsey will manage both Prudential Gary Greene’s Lake Houston office in Atascocita and the Grand Parkway location in Porter, which will retain the name of Mission Home Finding. Collins will take on the position of team leader in the Porter location.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Mission Home Finding group to the Prudential Gary
Greene team,” said Mark Woodroof, partner with Prudential Gary Greene. “Lisa is
a long-time, top producer and has had a strong presence in this market area as
a dynamic coach and team builder. The combination of her leadership skills and
market knowledge will enhance our brand and marketing programs.” Dempsey
and Collins say they have found the perfect match.
Dempsey said she is excited to join the number one real estate company in the Houston
market and expand the presence of Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors in her local
community through leading and developing its agents: “Together we are going to
help people make the move of their choice through education, sales and home
services.”
Collins, also a top producer and selected as one of the “20 Under 40 Rising Stars in
Real Estate for 2010” by the Houston Association of Realtors, said: “Leveraging
the Prudential Gary Greene super structure will allow us to grow the Mission
Home Finding team at a rapid pace.”
Dempsey began her real estate career in 2003, and her achievements in the industry have
been numerous. She was one of the first 100 Realtors in the nation to obtain
the titles of Certified Negotiation Expert and Real Estate Negotiation Masters
from The Negotiation Institute. Earlier this year, she was named a Five Star
Agent by Texas Monthly, based on a survey of home buyers by the magazine. She serves on the Membership Committee of the Lake Houston Women’s Council of Realtors and the Networking Committee of the Houston Association of Realtors. She also maintains an active profile in the community, earning the 2009 FamilyTime Women of Achievement Award. She was also responsible for the creation and development of a free monthly concert series at Kings Harbor in Kingwood.
MissionHome Finding agents coming on board with Dempsey and Collins include Jim Slack, Kendra Lee, Rebecca Ramirez, Nancy Trout-Holcombe, Haley Jones and Ron Delgado. “This merger is another step in our goal to build Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors into an even stronger market force,” said Woodroof.
